BLUECASTLE - Located in the region of Rivertone, off in the Black Woods, about halfway between the Long Blue river and the shore.</B> &nbsp;Built in y243 to house the Vece Orb, Bluecastle is actually a tower built out of blue stones. &nbsp;It is about medium height and still houses the Vece Orb, the Rain Elves' most treasured artifact.<B><BR>

COUNCIL OF BIRDS, THE - </B>The birds are a species which live in the realm of the afterlife, and the council of birds are their three leaders, as well as those who keep order in the afterlife. &nbsp;The council is comprised of a Record-Keeper (currently, Zeye), a Predictor of Futures (currently, Alzor), and a Messenger of Doom (currently, Marevick.) &nbsp;The council is not by any means immortal -- eventually they too must rest in the afterlife, and will be succeeded by other birds. &nbsp;The job of the Record-Keeper is to keep track of who enters the afterlife and who becomes a Xenta instead. &nbsp;The job of the Predictor of Futures is to predict when people are about to meet their end and relay that information to the Messenger of Doom. &nbsp;The Messenger of Doom must then take the message down and fly across the sky over somebody to let them know that they are supposed to die soon.<B><BR>

KNOSSOS - </B>Dragon rumored to have been sealed up with a metastone amulet because the people thought it would be bad.<B><BR>

KNOSSOS AMULET - </B>Amulet said to have sealed up the dragon Knossos.<B><BR>

MAREVICK - </B>The Messenger of Doom of the Council of Birds, Marevick doesn't really care for his job--he finds it very morbid to go down and tell people that they're going to die. &nbsp;However, Marevick plays a role later in the story...<B><BR>

METASTONE - </B>Type of stone which can be used to seal beings, so that they can either come out on their own or combine themselves with the metastone's user.<B><BR>

RIVERTONE, CITY OF - Located in the region of Rivertone, on the Long Blue river.</B> &nbsp;Mace Alaca and Semku Rannel founded Rivertone, named after the region it is in, in y350.  It took so long after their original proposal to the Enthanian<BR>

proposal that they weren't able to found and begin building Rivertone until some eight years after their idea was thought up.  Rivertone quickly became an attraction as a hot-spot for humans who wanted to live in the region, and became one of the two highest-earning trade-route stops on the Northern Continent.  Currently, Rivertone is populated by both humans and elves, and they have a Neliane Festival (that is, a festival driven by contests involving plants and food) anually.  The festival lasts from give days to a month each year, depending on the economic status of the city.<B><BR>

RIVERTONE, REGION OF - Located on the Northern Continent, northeast of Enthania, and encompassing the Black Woods. &nbsp;</B>Long Blue, the main river in the Northern Continent, has flowed through Rivertone for many years now.  The Rain Elves, a tribe of elves who can easily cast water magic, settled there and prospered for about 300 years.  In y342 Mace Alaca, a famous Enthanian explorer, made contact with the Rain Elves.  Semku Rannel, the present chief of the Rain Elves, welcomed him with open arms.  Together they made plans to form a city that would allow the humans who wanted to to come and live in Rivertone.<BR>
